How do I save money if I have no money to save?

I remember when I was argued by someone in one forum that some Pinoys or people as much as they want to save and invest don’t “really” have the money to do so. I said that it’s just a matter of increasing your income or decreasing your expenses or both in order to have savings to be used for investing.

I just got back home (2:30 PM) from Land Transportation Office (LTO) Paranaque Branch to register our car.
