First of all, my condolences to the family and other loved ones the 12-year old kid who died in Mandaue City.

I just got back home (2:30 PM) from Land Transportation Office (LTO) Paranaque Branch to register our car. Since registering a car requires the use of money which is the scope of Pera 101, then I believe some tips on how to register a car is a must not just to minimize the hassles but also to save some money.
